The First Tee Game Changer Garden Club will be a group of 20 participants that grow a garden of vegetables that will be made into a salsa during the summer. Participants will be paired up with another participant and will be responsible for growing a tomato plant, an onion plant, a pepper plant, and an herb plant.
The Club will meet once a week from May until the end of the summer to learn about how to build a raised garden bed, the processes around gardening, the plants they are growing, and how to maintain a garden.
Dates: Mondays, May 2nd – July 25th
Times: 5:00 – 6:30 pm
Location: Dattilo Family Youth Leadership Center
Cost: $30 (will include plants and a personal toolset with gloves)
